1. First of all open the first Photoshopnya trus definitely open the image that you want to edit
2. Then press Ctrl + J to duplicate the layer to layer 1 and position the cursor on the layer 1
3. next go to Filter> Render> Lightning effect. as shown below.

4. In the settings dialog box lightning effect, the Style setting to three down, light type spotlight. for the others leave the default lighting and position as shown below

5. click OK and the results will be as shown below
6. that the results are more pronounced, explain part of the person that the results are more secure by using the erase tool
  7. Once completed in Erase the results will be as shown below
