the real numbers

In mathematics, the real numbers or real numbers stating numbers that can be written in decimal form, such as 2.4871773339 ... or 3.25678. Real numbers include rational numbers, such as 42 and -23/129, and irrational numbers, such as π and \ sqrt2.
