With over a quarter of a billion followers worldwide, [1] [2] make Islam the second largest religion after Christianity. [3] Islam means "submission", or surrender yourself completely to God (Arabic: الله , Allāh). Islam teaches that Allah sent down His Word to people through the prophets and apostles of His messengers, and sincerely believe that Muhammad is the last prophet and messenger who was sent into the world by God
