150 gr canned button mushrooms, sliced
150 g sweet corn shelled
porridge:
150 grams of rice
800 ml of water
3 cm ginger, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
Topping: dumpling skin, sliced​​, fried; cilantro
Complement: bottled chili sauce and pickled cucumber

How to Make Chicken Porridge:

     Porridge: cook rice with water, ginger, and lemongrass to a slurry half cooked, remove from heat.
